李玉教授:博士生导师,中国工程院院士。国务院学位委员会第四届、第五届学科评议组成员,《菌物研究》主编,《菌物学报》(至2009年)和《International Medicinal Mushroom》编委,国家级有突出贡献的中青年科技(管理)专家、全国优秀教育工作者和科技工作者、国家教学名师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
主要研究方向为:菌物科学与食用菌工程技术研究。挖掘了大量菌物资源,构建了全新的菌物系统分类体系,将基础理论与应用技术相结合,创立了“菌类作物学”。以创新成果为依托,研究解决食用菌工程技术难题,先后主持并带领团队完成国家和省部级菌类工程研究项目40余项,促进了菌物科学的发展及食用菌产业化升级。在学术刊物上发表论文400余篇,其中40余篇被“SCI”收录或引用,出版著作20余部。获得国家已授权发明专利6项,国家自然科学二等奖1项、 何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖1项、国家教学成果二等奖1项、吉林省科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖7项、吉林省自然科学学术成果奖特别奖1项。
刘宝教授:教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,分子表观遗传学教育部重点实验室主任,生科院教授委员会主任、校自然科学委员会主任。国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,“国家基金委”生命学部二审专家、“微进化”重大研究计划专家组成员,“百千万人才工程”国家级人选,“吉林省资深高级专家”,植物细胞和染色体工程国家重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国植物学会常务理事/遗传学会理事/植物生理学会理事、BMC Plant Biology/Plant Systematics & Evolution/《植物学报》/《植物生理学报》/《植物科学学报》等杂志编委 、《遗传》杂志副主编。
主要研究方向为:长期从事杂交/多倍化与作物进化和驯化的研究,在多倍体作物基因组进化和表观遗传学的多个方面取得了在国内外具有一定影响的研究成果。近年来,提出了异源多倍体小麦形成早期核型稳定性对异源四倍体和六倍体小麦物染色体进化与物种形成关系的新假说。首次系统研究了单子叶植物水稻中的DNA甲基化维持基因MET1功能,所建立的体系为进一步探讨观遗传变异在作物遗传改良中的应用提供了新的研究体系,受到国内外同行的广泛关注。在PNAS, Plant Cell, Nature Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Evolution, BMC Biology, Genetics, Plant Journal, Plant Physiology, New Phytologist, Genetics, Journal of Experimental Biology, Theoretical and Applied Genetics等本专业领域国际主流SCI杂志发表论文120余篇,被SCI引用3000多次。
庞劲松副教授:硕士生导师。主要研究方向为:分子遗传学和表观遗传学。主持、参加各类科研课题16项,在国际植物学学术杂志上发表和参与发表研究论文20余篇,主持科研项目2项,参编著作2部, 获得省部级以上奖励2项。
欧秀芳副教授:硕士生导师。主要研究方向为:植物非生物逆境胁迫与表观遗传学变异。在国际植物学学术杂志上发表和参与发表多篇研究论文,其中第一作者的SCI论文文章有7篇,主持的科研项目有5项。
徐春明副教授:硕士生导师。主要研究方向为:基因组学/表观基因组学。在国际植物学学术杂志上发表和参与发表多篇研究论文,包括Molecular Biology and Evolution,Nature,PNAS,Plant Cell,Plant Journal,Plant Physiology等,主持的科研项目有4项。
姜丽丽工程师:吉林省遗传协会副秘书长。主要研究方向为:植物非生物胁迫的分子表观遗传。在国际植物学学术杂志上发表和参与发表多篇研究论文,发表SCI论多篇,第一作者的SCI论文1篇,主持的科研项目有2项。
主要研究水稻中与表观遗传遗传修饰有关的突变体进行研究,以揭示表观遗传修饰在调控植物生长发育、基因表达和基因组稳定性过程中的重要作用。通过对表观遗传调控体系的研究将有助于深入理解水稻的表观遗传调控机制和最终实现可控的分子水平水稻育种策略提供条件。
国际上与华盛顿州立大学Diter von Wettstein合作研究DNA甲基化在调控小麦胚乳蛋白表达中的作用;与美国Cornel University 的Silin Zhong 和James J Giovannoni教授等国外实验室合作研究DNA甲基化在调控番茄果实成熟过程中的作用。
2、高等植物远缘杂交与多倍化诱导表观遗传变异的分子机制方面
主要在水稻和小麦中开展新合成多倍体核型稳定性研究;植物杂交/多倍化对基因组影响的研究;植物杂交/多倍化对表观遗传影响的研究;植物杂交/多倍化的核质兼容性研究;新合成多倍体群体的功能基因组开发及DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰对杂种优势形成的作用机制研究。
3、表观遗传学变异与植物的环境适应性变异与进化的关系
在小麦上主要开展在特定环境条件下小麦的倍性、世代、核型稳定性、生理状态、基因组稳定性及特定表观遗传变异与其环境适应的关系;在水稻上主要开展在特定环境条件下水稻的突变体后代及杂交/多倍化材料表现出某种特定环境抗性的遗传以表观遗传机制研究。

以高层次遗传学专业人才培养为目标,设有硕士研究生、博士研究生和博士后研究人员3个层次的人才培养平台。
本实验室设立迄今已经培养了大量硕士、博士与博士后人员,他们中的很多人在国内外的高校和研究所取得了突出成绩,并且成为国内外高校及科研机构的学术带头人例如,复旦大学王永明教授、华南农业大学刘振兰教授。近些年本实验室的部分博士与硕士毕业生分别在中科中科院植物研究所、中科院应用化学所、吉林省农科院、吉林大学、吉林农业大学、南京农业大学等获得工作岗位。
目前在读的硕士生有20人,博士生17人,博士后研究人员3人。
已毕业硕士生有65人,博士生33人,出站的博士后研究人员2人。
